Anthony C. Caputo Jr. established our firm in March 2000. Over the years, our firm has completed many projects which have proven features. Ultimately, our goal is to create high-quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of engineering services - from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.

Anthony has over Forty years of experience with successful
implementation and delivery of multiple high value projects. He has well-developed skills in engineering design and strategizing
innovative solutions to design construction challenges while
maintaining tight control of project budgets and milestones.

Anthony’s design engineer experience includes design of projects for all phases of engineering disciplines which includes expertise in design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and sprinkler systems to create and deliver efficient and code-compliant plans. He has also designed septic, soil and erosion systems and supervised controls for each of those projects.

Anthony has also designed crossflow wet scrubbers providing the optimum environmental solution to discharge into the atmosphere which falls well below the DEP recommendation of acceptable discharge into the atmosphere.

JOSEPH V. GALLUSSO, P.E.
Vice President & Director of Engineering
Over thirty five years of experience in process engineering design and project management. Focus on biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, chemical, alternative energy and food projects including vaccine and API manufacturing, drying, milling and bulk packaging, product formulation, filling and packaging including automated cGMP warehousing. Process design experience focusing of sterile and non-sterile hygroscopic solids handling (MSD Pavia and others), lyophilization, barrier technology, individual bulk containers (IBCs), supersacks, vacuum dryers, vacuum centrifuges (Heinkel), solids weighing, and other sterile material handling as part of process design and validation. Management of operations, projects, alliances and programs to achieve the revenue and capital goals of major corporations in defining and selling their products and managing our program and projects both internal and external.

Development of the process of project and capital management, process development and the design, start-up, validation and operation of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities and chemical process plants. Experience includes extensive clean utility design and expansion.

Experienced in the analysis and assessment of major capital investments and projects including measurement, forecasting, corrective action, team building, team evaluation and their execution and working on large scale, fast track projects requiring integration of diverse teams including members from different national origins and operating environments.
